Ian Millward will have the chance to air his growing grievances about the standard of refereeing in Super League this season.
Coaches and officials will meet on 14 April, giving the St Helens boss the opportunity to make his opinions felt.
Millward has been repeatedly upset by referees but was particularly angry after Monday's win over Bradford.
"I'm getting cheesed off like every coach in Super League because there is a dictatorship at the moment," he said.
"In the words of (Bradford coach) Brian Noble, that's how Nazi Germany started, and we feel the same way."
Australian Millward was furious with one particular incident during the 34-27 victory over the Bulls.
Referee Richard Silverwood awarded Bradford two points for a penalty when the ball appeared to drift off target.
