Delaney was signed by Leeds as a direct replacement for Lee Smith |
Leeds Rhinos have been hit by injuries to centre Brett Delaney and second-rower Carl Ablett. Delaney, 25, is out for up to six weeks after damaging ligaments in his ankle shortly after half-time in Friday's 32-18 win at Hull FC. The Australian joined the Rhinos from Gold Coast Titans in August 2009. Academy product Ablett, also 25, will be out of action for three weeks after failing to make the second half in the same game due to a knock to his knee.
