Leeds Rhinos coach Brian McClennan has targeted the Challenge Cup in his first season with the club. Rhinos begin their campaign at home to minnows Celtic Crusaders in the fourth round on Friday night. McClennan told BBC Radio Leeds: "I respect the history and understand what it means to the fans and to a city to get to London and play at Wembley. "All the players are very determined and that's one of our goals - to win the Challenge Cup." McClennan has long been a fan of the competition and is well aware of what it would mean to the supporters should the Rhinos win the trophy for the first time since beating London in 1999. "In New Zealand we get the Challenge Cup every year and it's on at three in the morning and I remember getting up as a young boy to watch those games so I understand the history."
There is exclusive commentary of Leeds Rhinos v Celtic Crusaders on Friday from 1900 BST on BBC Radio Leeds FM.
