 McGuire helped Leeds to the Super League title last season |
Leeds Rhinos half-back Danny McGuire has been ruled out for a month after breaking his left hand in the 38-14 win over Wigan last Friday. It is another injury setback for the Great Britain international who missed five games earlier this season after undergoing groin surgery.
"It's a blow for Danny but he is a strong enough character to bounce back," said Rhinos coach Tony Smith.
McGuire scored 39 tries last season, smashing the Super League record.
