Leeds Rhinos coach Tony Smith is tipping Matt Diskin for Great Britain honours at the end of the season. Smith told the Yorkshire Evening Post: "Without a doubt, Matt is a contender for Great Britain. He has shown he is one of the top hookers in the game.
"Keiron Cunningham is coming back into some of his best form by all reports and he is probably Matt's main rival.
"But if Matt keeps improving the way he is doing, that has got to be healthy for Great Britain rugby league."
