Morgan is unhappy with some TV pundits' comments |
Hull KR coach Justin Morgan has fired a broadside at television pundits who have called stand-off Paul Cooke a negative influence. Morgan told BBC Radio Humberside: "I'm sick and tired of drivel coming out of people's mouths who don't know what they're talking about." The Robins boss was speaking after Cooke featured prominently in Rovers 20-18 home win over Bradford. "Paul Cooke has been more positive than anyone else in our group," he added. "He kicked well, made some good decisions with the ball and it really irks me sometimes when some people come out with throw away comments just for the sake of it. "I don't think they put their brain into gear. They get paid to make comments for the sake of making comments and unless he's here every day the only person that has the right to say that is me. "It's not just comments about our club - it's every club in the Super League that they try and drum up controversy about," he concluded.
