 Elford hurt his shoulder on Easter Monday against Warrington |
Huddersfield utility back Shane Elford will be out for three months after undergoing surgery to repair a shoulder damaged in the win at Warrington. The injury is the latest blow for Elford, who missed a spell earlier this year with a chest infection.
"This is bad news for the club and bad news for Shane," said Giants coach Jon Sharp.
"After a difficult start, he was beginning to show what he could do. I know he'll be a big loss for us."
