Catalans Dragons forward Alex Chan has escaped a suspension despite being found guilty of punching at a Rugby Football League disciplinary hearing. The 31-year-old New Zealander was sent off for fighting during Saturday's 58-10 engage Super League defeat by Leeds Rhinos in Perpignan.
He will now be free to face Warrington this weekend after the red card was deemed sufficient punishment.
The Dragons are bottom of Super League with one win from five games.
