Castleford Tigers have signed stand-off or loose forward Luke Helliwell from Bradford Bulls. The 20-year-old has signed an 18-month deal and is expected to make his first outing in the reserve grade against Leeds Rhinos this weekend. In 2006, Helliwell was named the Bulls' Most Improved Senior Academy Player. Cas football manager Michael Robinson said: "We're very pleased to have been able to get him on board. We believe he has the talent to play first grade."
