Bradford Bulls have handed a one-year contract to utility back Vinny Finigan. The 20-year-old student, who joined Bradford four years ago, has been training with the first-team squad since his studies ended for the summer. The Oldham-born player responded by scoring four tries in as many games since making his Super League debut against Salford. "It's a great opportunity and I've been waiting for a long time - throughout my years at the club," he said. "My chance in the team has come as a surprise but I've put my all into it and the lads have all helped me out a lot." Bulls manager Stuart Duffy added: "Vinny has settled into the squad exceptionally well and we are delighted with the progress he has made. "This contract is a reward for the effort he has put in and will enable him to improve even further in a full time environment under Mick Potter."
