A competitive first half saw tries from Bradford's Ian Henderson, Ben Harris and George Flanagan while Josh Weeden and Andrew Bostock went over for Rams.

Ryan Glynn added a conversion for the home side while Luke Helliwell kicked Bradford's extras for an 18-10 lead.
