Super League champions Bradford have secured a naming-rights deal for their famous Odsal stadium that will net them 500,000 over the next four years. The deal with the world's biggest home shopping group, Otto, will see it renamed The Grattan Stadium, Odsal.
The deal, worth an annual six-figure sum up to 2010, quashes rumours of a return to Valley Parade.
"The Grattan partnership is absolutely fundamental to us," said Bradford chief executive Gareth Davies.
"We have done a lot of work to get to this stage."
Grattan has its headquarters in Bradford and its parent company, Otto Worldwide, is the largest home shopping company in the world, operating in 23 different countries.
The partnership is a timely cash boost for the Bulls, who have admitted to losing 500,000 a year.
Meanwhile, Bradford have handed promising centre or back-row forward Matt Cook a new contract that will keep him at the club until the end of the 2009 season.
Cook, 19, has made 15 appearances since his debut last season but he is currently sidelined with a shoulder injury.
Coach Steve McNamara said: "Coming on the same day as the announcement of the stadium partnership, this is another piece of good news for the club.
"Matt is a player who has been courted by every other Super League club and most of the rugby union Premiership clubs as well. It's a big plus for us to keep him. He is a player with a big future."
