Bai gave the Bulls the perfect start with a well-worked try after only six minutes, latching onto Michael Withers' long pass to go over in the corner.

The Tigers tried to rally after the break but Fielden, who won the man of the match award, spoiled their plans, striding over the line on 53 minutes from Henderson's pass for the easiest of tries.

Gene became the second Papua New Guinea player to score for Bradford when he crashed over and was soon followed by Bai's second effort in the corner.

Brett Hodgson's late try from Scott Prince's kick was little consolation for the NRL champions.

Bradford's victory was the biggest of the nine successes by British clubs in 12 challenge matches since 1987 and saw them equal Wigan's record of three titles.
