Great Britain forward Stuart Fielden starred with two tries as Bradford beat their Australian opponents to win a third World Club Challenge title. Fielden, who caused all sorts of problems for the Wests Tigers defence, went over for a try in each half at Huddersfield's Galpharm Stadium.
Ex-Leeds star Marcus Bai also scored two tries on his debut for the Bulls.
Another close-season signing Stanley Gene also went over in the second half to seal a superb victory.
Bai gave the Bulls the perfect start with a well-worked try after only six minutes, latching onto Michael Withers' long pass to go over in the corner. The Tigers struggled to break out of their own half in the opening 15 minutes but they got back level with their first serious attack through Daniel Fitzhenry.
Fielden put the Super League champions ahead again, stepping by three tackles to score after hooker Ian Henderson had intercepted to claim possession, before a Iestyn Harris penalty gave them a 12-4 interval lead.
The Tigers tried to rally after the break but Fielden, who won the man of the match award, spoiled their plans, striding over the line on 53 minutes from Henderson's pass for the easiest of tries.
Gene became the second Papua New Guinea player to score for Bradford when he crashed over and was soon followed by Bai's second effort in the corner.
Brett Hodgson's late try from Scott Prince's kick was little consolation for the NRL champions.
Bradford's victory was the biggest of the nine successes by British clubs in 12 challenge matches since 1987 and saw them equal Wigan's record of three titles.
