A second-half onslaught from Leeds was too much for injury-hit Warrington as the Rhinos moved to third with a crushing win at the Halliwell Jones. Warrington, missing eight key players, trailed 18-10 at half-time, but Leeds stormed clear after the break.
Keith Senior scored his 200th career try after 41 minutes and the floodgates opened, with Rob Burrow and Jamie Thackray scoring in quick succession.
Brent Webb, Danny McGuire and Burrow also scored to bring up the 50 points.
Warrington boss Paul Cullen: "We have to acknowledge the bravery and effort of our players who were up against a virtually full-strength Leeds side.
"Our first-half defence was very good, but we could have done without the tries just before and after half-time.
"I cannot speak highly enough of the fans and a lot of our young players will benefit from this experience."

B>Leeds coach Tony Smith: "We made an atrocious start and did not complete our first three sets.
"We laid out our plans in the second half and Danny McGuire's involvement was a lot better and shows how he has developed. We scored some very good tries.
"Keith Senior was powerful and had a bit to prove to his mates (after his crucial mistake against Wigan on Tuesday). We expected a response and he delivered it.
"It's a remarkable achievement to score so many tries."
