St Helens clinched the Super League Shield by securing top spot with a devastating 10-try demolition of third-placed Leeds at Knowsley Road.
Inspired by the brilliant Jamie Lyon, who claimed a hat-trick in the opening 26 minutes, Saints produced an almost complete display to destroy the Rhinos.
Francis Meli, Sean Long and Ade Gardner also scored for a 30-0 half-time lead.
Scott Donald (2) and Clinton Toopi crossed for Leeds, but St Helens added another four second-half tries.
Lyon will return to Australia at the end of the season and on this showing, the rest of Super League will be glad to see him go.
Last season's Man of Steel opened his account after four minutes, cutting back on the angle to beat the cover defence.
Three minutes later, Long grabbed his side's second after Leeds full-back Jordan Tansey was stripped of possession near his own line.
Saints' third try came after Paul Wellens drew the cover and passed to Meli who brushed off the feeble tackle of opposite number Donald and raced 70m up the touchline.
The fourth try was not long in coming as Lyon crossed in the corner after a tap penalty and he completed his hat-trick when he got on the end of a delicate grubber from Lee Gilmour.

More superb handling created the next score as Gardner went over in the corner to make it 30-0 after just 33 minutes.
Leeds came out fighting after the break and briefly stopped the rot as their defence belatedly found some shape.
The Rhinos scored the first points of the second half as Donald latched onto Burrow's kick.
That only served to rile St Helens though, with Meli grabbing his second after his team-mates worked him space out wide.
Wellens got in on the action on 67 minutes after he collected Long's perfect kick ahead.
The Great Britain full-back claimed a second two minutes later as Saints cut loose, racing in from 30m out after a Jon Wilkin break.
Gardner scored his second of the match out on the right touchline, and Saints gave veteran prop Paul Anderson the chance to step up and slot a perfect conversion.
Leeds showed character to score two late tries through Donald and Toopi, both from Burrow kicks, but the match had long since ended as a contest.
St Helens coach Daniel Anderson: "When they get in that mood, they are irresistible. We played very well but I don't know how much was riding on the game.
"We have got two legs of a treble and we will celebrate the reward for our hard work but we will knuckle down for the rest of the season.
"It was a very skilful performance from a very hungry and motivated group of players."
Leeds coach Tony Smith: "We gifted them a start and you can't do that. They were white-hot for long periods and momentum is a difficult thing to stop when you've got a team as formidable as Saints.
"I thought we started to build a game in the second half but we needed to do that from the start. We are hurting a bit, obviously, but you have days like that.
"Sometimes everything you touch turns to gold, tonight everything turned to coal."
