| Salford fought back from a 10-0 half-time deficit to beat Wakefield and end their three-game losing streak. Tries from Semi Tadulala and Jon Whittle helped the visitors into a deserved 10-0 lead at the break. But Salford took charge in the second half, with tries from Aaron Moule and Ryan Clayton, plus two John Wilshere conversions, giving them the lead. Wilshere then scored two tries in 10 minutes and converted both to complete Salford's superb comeback. Salford coach Karl Harrison "I thought we were trying too much to go through them rather than playing round them in the first half but the lads took those comments on board at half-time. "I thought in the second half we played really well. "We got the ball out wide more and found the space, and I thought that in the end we deserved the win." Wakefield coach Tony Smith
"We weren't helped by some of the decisions that were made. I've never seen anything like them in 20 years in the game. "There's a long list of incidents, but let's not take anything away from Salford. "I think, second half, they just outplayed us. We only got into Salford's half three times in the second half. "But I still thought we lost the game rather than Salford winning it."
