 | Catalans Dragons (8) 20 Tries: Dobson, Cologni, Wilson Goals: Dobson 4 St Helens (10) 34 Tries: Graham, Fa'asavalu, Anderson 2, Wilkin, Long Goals: Lyon 5 | Leaders St Helens ran in six tries as they won away to Super League newcomers Catalans Dragons in France. The Catalans took an early lead through Michael Dobson's try but Saints hit back to lead 10-8 at the break as James Graham and Maurie Fa'asavalu went over. Saints cut loose in the third quarter with Vinnie Anderson scoring twice and Jon Wilkin and Sean Long also crossing. Aurelien Cologni and John Wilson managed late tries for the Dragons but Saints had long since stretched clear. Dobson kicked four goals for the French side, while Jamie Lyon landed five for their English visitors. St Helens coach Daniel Anderson:
"It was very hard but it was no more than we expected. They have a lot of local players and we knew it would be a hard match. "The French pack were very physical and we were perhaps a little overdone after the Wigan game on Good Friday. "We are very happy to come away with the two points. "Although it was a scrap among the forwards there was some very good play and we delivered the killer blows either side of half-time." Dragons coach Mick Potter:
"I'm pleased with the performance, unfortunately some of them didn't quite come up to scratch."
