Bradford: (14) 26
Tries: Vainikolo, Bai, Hape, Deacon, Ferres
Goals: Deacon (3)
Ex-Bradford player Henry Paul's four goals proved decisive as Harlequins earned a shock win over the Bulls.
Two early Lesley Vainikolo tries put the Bulls on top but three tries in five minutes by Luke Dorn, Lee Hopkins and Chad Randall put Quins in control.
Tyrone Smith's try after the break was Quins' final score as Bradford laid siege to their goal-line.
Paul Deacon and Brett Ferres scored for the Bulls to close the gap but Paul's kicking ended up proving decisive.
Harlequins coach Brian McDermott: "The players showed a fair amount of grit and composure out there.
"Luke Dorn was fantastic and made all the right decisions. He did as much with ball as without it and steered around the field really well.
"This is a funny season. Lose one, and you're going to go down; win one, and you're going to win the grand final."
Bradford coach Steve McNamara: "We didn't deserve to win because we simply weren't good enough.
"We lacked fluency in possession and our ball control let us down. In
defence, we kept being knocked back in the tackle.
"The three tries back-to-back beat us. We nearly got it back at the end but
we ran out of ideas."
