Castleford overturned a 14-point deficit to beat Harlequins and move above them in the Super League table. Quins lost captain Mark McLinden to injury in the warm-up but began with three tries in the first 13 minutes. However, Waine Pryce pulled a try back for Castleford and Ryan McGoldrick then beat two men and sprinted clear from 60m to further reduce the gap. After half-time, the Tigers controlled the game with Andy Henderson rounding off victory with a 73rd-minute try.

"I've got to give credit to Castleford and their spirit. They played the better football for the majority of the game and deserved their win. "They got themselves on a roll after we made the better start."
Castleford coach Terry Matterson "We were desperate for a performance after the demoralising defeat last week. "It wasn't just about winning. We had to put the performance at Leeds behind us and apart from the first 20 minutes we've done that. It's a great win for us."
