Tries: Burrow, Lauitiiti 5, Bai, Poching, Senior, McDermott, Mathers 2, Ellis
Goals: Sinfield 6, Burrow 3
Leeds' Ali Lauitiiti became one of only eight players to score five tries in a Super League match as the table-toppers claimed a crushing victory.

The New Zealander came on as a first-half replacement and gave an exhibition in finishing skills.

After going over once in the first half, he notched four tries in 11 minutes just after the break.

The win was sweet revenge for Wakefield's victory at Headingley earlier this season.

Leeds coach Tony Smith was full of praise for Lauitiiti's all-round performance.

"He's the first forward to score five in Super League history and I'm absolutely delighted for him," said Smith.

"He was in the mood, but not only that, some of his all-round play, his offloads, were outstanding as well.

"When he gets going like that, how can you stop him?"

We've got to keep our heads up and keep working hard
Wakefield coach Shane McNally

Wakefield coach Shane McNally said that his side had to recover from their defeat.

"Leeds were great, but we were poor. After the first 25 minutes, we thought we'd give up the ghost and not continue on with it," he said.

"Leeds certainly got a roll on and when things are going against you, things are going against you.

"I've not said anything to the players because we've got to keep our heads up and keep working hard."

Wakefield: M. Field, Halpenny, Demetriou, Domic, Tadulala, Rooney, Jeffries, Griffin, March, Feather, Solomona, Snitch, Spicer. Replacements: Korkidas, J. Field, Obst, MacGillivray.

Leeds: Mathers, Calderwood, Walker, Senior, Bai, Sinfield, Burrow, Bailey, Dunemann, Ward, Jones-Buchanan, McKenna, Ellis. Replacements: McGuire, Poching, Lauitiiti, McDermott.
