LHF Healthplan will end its three-year sponsorship of the National League at the end of this season. Simon Malcolm, the RFL's director of marketing, said the company had made a "major contribution" to the game.
LHF Healthplan director of marketing Jane Fenwick said: "We are looking forward to a fantastic Grand Finals day to finish our sponsorship in style.
"Everyone at LHF Healthplan wishes the fantastic game of rugby league all the best for future seasons."
