Great Britain have gone with a tried and trusted starting 13 for Saturday's Tri-Nations clash with New Zealand.

Sean Long and Danny McGuire are set to pair up at half-back, with Leon Pryce pushed out to the wing.

A powerful pack sees Stuart Fielden, Adrian Morley and skipper Jamie Peacock all starting in Christchurch.

The uncapped trio of Garreth Carvell, James Roby and Gareth Hock are on the interchange bench, with Sean O'Loughlin starting at loose forward.

Another potential debutant could be Jon Wilkin, who has been bracketed with Lee Gilmour as 17th man.

Fielden and vice-captain Brian Carney are both included despite struggling with knee problems this week while hooker Terry Newton starts after missing the warm-up game against a Newcastle select team.

The squad has been training in Sydney and is scheduled to fly into Christchurch on Thursday.

Great Britain team: Wellens (St Helens), Carney (Newcastle Knights), Gleeson (Warrington), Senior (Leeds), Pryce (St Helens), McGuire (Leeds), Long (St Helens), Fielden (Wigan), Newton (Bradford), Morley (Sydney Roosters), Ellis (Leeds), Peacock (Leeds, captain), O'Loughlin (Wigan).
Interchange: Roby (St Helens), Carvell (Hull), Hock (Wigan), Gilmour/Wilkin (both St Helens).
