Crowther is a former Thunder player following a loan spell in 2009

Championship One side Gateshead Thunder have signed centre Craig Jones, prop Sam Crowther and back-row Scott Bradley for the 2011 season.

Crowther, 23, a former Gateshead player, and Bradley, 22, featured at Championship One level with Keighley and Hunslet respectively last term.

Jones, 21, was with Sunderland in the amateur ranks, and prior to that played union with Westoe and Gateshead Fell.

The trio's arrival take Thunder's tally of signings to ten for the coming term.
