I'Anson made his Super League debut for Hull KR in 2007

Widnes have signed Hull KR stand-off Chaz I'Anson on a 12-month contract ahead of the 2011 season.

The 23-year-old former Leeds academy player joined the Vikings earlier this year on a month's loan but injured a knee on his debut.

Widnes, whose campaign was ended by Sunday's 38-0 play-off defeat at Barrow, have also signed Leigh second rower Macgraff Leuluai.

He is the younger brother of Wigan scrum-half Thomas.
