Kevin Brown was involved in three of Huddersfield's first half tries
Huddersfield ran riot against Hull KR to surge into the fifth round of the Challenge Cup.
The Giants dominated the first half as Jamahl Lolesi, David Fa'alogo, Luke Robinson and David Hodgson scored tries - Brett Hodgson converting three times.
Having spent the opening period pinned deep in their own territory, Rovers improved after the break with tries from Jake Webster and Shaun Briscoe.
But Danny Brough and Fa'alogo crossed again to put the result beyond doubt.
Huddersfield had already seen two tries disallowed before they opened the scoring when Kevin Brown looped a kick to Leroy Cudjoe who executed a perfectly-weighted tap back for Lolesi to go over.
Giants delighted after confident win
Giants doubled their lead when a sweeping move to the right was finished off by Fa'Alago and then Brown and David Faiumu combined cleverly to send Robinson surging across the line.
As Rovers' defence became increasingly fractured David Hodgson plundered a fourth try after an intelligent pass from the influential Brown.
Hull KR regrouped at half-time and finally registered their first points of the afternoon when Clint Newton played in Webster for a try which Michael Dobson converted from distance.

Danny Brough hit back for the Giants when he intercepted a pass midway inside his own half and sprinted clear to score their fifth try, but Rovers continued their second half improvement when Shaun Briscoe grounded the ball after a Huddersfield kick was charged down.
But Fa'alugo displayed neat footwork to go over and quash Rovers' lingering hopes of a comeback before Wayne Aspinwall scored from short distance.
