Huddersfield have a chance to avenge their 2006 Carnegie Challenge Cup final loss to St Helens after being paired with them in the semi-final draw. That win in 2006 began a three-year run of success in the Cup for Saints and the two will meet at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Sunday 9 August. The other game sees Wigan, who last won in 2002, face Warrington at Widnes' Stobart Stadium on Saturday 8 August. The Challenge Cup final will take place at Wembley on 29 August. Huddersfield head coach Nathan Brown told BBC Radio Leeds: "Whoever we drew it was going to be hard, because all four teams are in good form at the moment. "Saints are the toughest assignment considering they've won the last three cups, but they are due to lose one and let's hope that is to the Huddersfield Giants. "St Helens have been a great side in recent times, but we have players coming back from injury and others who are improving their form and we will go out there and give it a good shot when it comes around. "We are privileged to be in the semi-finals and hopefully we can cause Saints some trouble."
