Ex-Warrington coach Cullen was appointed in March |
Widnes coach Paul Cullen says his side must start to dominate matches after they managed a narrow 20-18 victory over Sheffield on Sunday. "We did get the win but we've got to learn the lessons," Cullen told BBC Radio Merseyside. "We can't simply scrape through against teams and we have got to go at the line a little bit more. "We have got to open the opposition up and we have got to be more responsible for our own actions." The Vikings face third-placed Barrow on Friday in the Co-Operative Championship as they attempt to close the gap on leaders Halifax, whom they trail by a point having played a game more.
