Donlan began his career at his local club Leigh in 1997 |
Leigh Centurions have re-signed Stuart Donlan from Castleford Tigers on a two-year contract. The 30-year-old Leigh-born Irish international previously played for the club for four years from 1997 until 2001, when he moved to Halifax. Centurions chief executive Allan Rowley said: "Stuart is an excellent addition to our squad. "He's a Leigh lad who has played for the club before, and also has a wealth of Super League experience." "He has a great amount of pace, which is something we need in our back line," Rowley added. Donlan, who can play at full-back or on the wing, started his career at Leigh before moving to Halifax. He also played for Huddersfield in the 2006 Challenge Cup final.
