Rotheram's Town are seventh in National Two |
Workington Town boss Dave Rotheram believes his side can capitalise on Doncaster's cup ambitions when they meet at the Keepmoat on Friday. Doncaster take on Salford in the Northern Rail Cup Final on Saturday, 6 July and Rotheram hopes to make the most of their distraction. "We've got no fears about playing Doncaster," he told BBC Radio Cumbria. "They've played a lot of rugby league because of the Northern Rail Cup and they may have one eye on next week." Workington beat the Lakers at Derwent Park in May and Rotheram would love to see his side pick up a first double of the season. "Who better to do it against than the team that is setting the pace in the league," he said. "If we play anything like we did against them last time and I'm sure we can pick up the three points and it will be a great win for us."
