Rovers kept up their reputation of having the worst home record in Super League as Bradford eased to victory. A collision let Sam Burgess score the first try, with Terry Newton and Glenn Morrison adding more, despite forward passes in the build-up to Morrison's.
Ian Henderson and Marcus St Hilaire stretched the lead before Jon Goddard finally registered for Rovers.
Ben Fisher added a second as Rovers' defence improved and the Bulls in the second half, but the damage was done.
Hull KR coach Justin Morgan: "I am not proud of the result but I am proud of the second-half performance.
"Two weeks ago we rolled over and paid the price against Warrington. This week we did not roll over.
"We controlled the ruck for short periods then had lapses of concentration and you can't afford to do that against any team, let alone Bradford.
"If we could stop sides scoring 28 points in the first half we would be in with a chance wouldn't we?"
Bradford coach Steve McNamara: "We knew Rovers were coming into the game on the result of a brilliant performance against Salford, so to come away with the two points in view of our injuries and suspensions is good.
"I was very surprised as to how the game was allowed to lull to a very slow pace in the second half and with no disrespect it went down to the level of an amateur match.
"We defended well in the second half and we had to, otherwise we could have ended up losing. The boys are as disappointed with the second half as if they had lost."
