Goulding steered Rochdale to safety |
Former Great Britain scrum-half Bobbie Goulding will stay on as unpaid coach of LHF National League club Rochdale Hornets for 2005. Goulding took on the role last December in a bid to break into coaching.
Since then the 32-year-old has helped the Hornets avoid relegation with seven wins from 18 matches.
Rochdale chairman Ray Taylor said: "We were everybody's tip for automatic relegation but I am thrilled with what this club has achieved under Bobbie."
