 | |  Monday, 22 April, 2002, 11:47 GMT 12:47 UK Megson's career in pictures  Gary Megson began his managerial career at Norwich City in 1995 but was sacked after just a year in charge  Megson found the going hard at Norwich and his first managerial job proved to be a baptism of fire  Megson moved to Blackpool and then to Stockport but his spell at Edgeley Park again ended in the sack  He soon fell out with the Stockport board and was dismissed in 1999 despite gaining promotion to Division One  Megson was a success at Stoke but after the ownership of the club changed he was sacked yet again  He took over the reins at West Brom in 1999 and in just two years he has transformed the club  Megson salutes West Brom's delirious fans. He has built his team on a very tight budget and limited resources  Megson celebrates West Brom's promotion with his wife and son on a lap of honour round the Hawthorns | |
