Kerrs win bronze at Euro Figure Skating Championships
Scottish duo dance to bronze in Bern
Scottish siblings John and Sinead Kerr secured bronze at the European Figure Skating Championships in Bern.
A score of 157.49 was enough to secure them their second major international medal of their career after they also took European bronze in 2009.
Nathalie Pechalat and Fabian Bourzat of France took gold with an overall points total of 167.40.
A score of 161.14 ensured that Russian pair Ekaterina Bobrova and Dmitri Soloviev secured the silver medal.
The Kerrs came into Friday's free dance on 62.87 following an impressive display in the short dance on Thursday.
The pair have already demonstrated their medal-winning credentials this season with silver at the Skate Canada International and they were not to be denied another place on the podium, despite a strong challenge from Russian teenagers Elena Ilinykh and Nikita Katsalapov.

The junior world champions impressed with a balletic routine on their championship debut but had to settle for fourth with a score of 153.48.
For Pechalat, 27, and Bourzat, 30, it was a first gold medal at a senior championship and reward for an entertaining medley of moves in the free dance.
"It is something that we waited for for a long time and finally it has arrived tonight," Bourzat said.
Meanwhile, Finalnd's Kiira Korpi leads the women's event after the short programme with a score of 63.50 points. Russia's Ksenia Makarova is second on 60.35, with Switzerland's third Sarah Meier on 58.56.
Britain's Jenna McCorkell is 12th with a score of 48.65.
