Marlies Schild continued her unbeaten run in the World Cup slalom this season with victory at Val d'Isere. The Austrian clocked one minute, 46.15 seconds, 0.21 ahead of German Annemarie Gerg, to secure her third slalom win and take the overall World Cup lead.
The 25-year-old has also secured victories in Levi, Finland and Aspen, Colorado so far this campaign.
Therese Borssen was third while Lindsey Kildow, who won Thursday's downhill, was eliminated in the second run.
Unlike their male counterparts, the Austrian women's team are having an impressive campaign and and have won every slalom, giant slalom, super-G and combined race so far this season.
"It was a very difficult race," said Schild, the Olympic slalom bronze medallist.
"Winning races one after the other is more than I could expect and is great for my self confidence.
"I cannot explain where this strength comes from. I'm just doing my best."
