Salisbury Stingray swimmers Phil Muspratt and Rob Langan are hoping for medals at the British Masters. The pair head to Cardiff to compete at the weekend. Langan will go in seven different races including the 50m and 100m backstroke and told BBC Wiltshire the competition in Wales will be a big step up. "I've done various district championships. Previous to this was the national championships last year. I'm looking forward it," he said.
