Nick Matthew produced a devastating display to beat fellow Briton James Willstrop in the final of the US Open. The Sheffield star's 11-7 11-4 11-7 win at New York's Roseland Ballroom gave him his first PSA Super Series title.
Matthew, 27, made his 'Big Apple' mark when he defeated Eygptian world number two Ramy Ashour in the semi-finals.
Willstrop battled past another Egyptian Karim Darwish, 24 hours after upsetting defending champion and new British Open title-holder Gregory Gaultier.
