Leeds' Peter Lines has described his shock victory over two-time world champion Mark Williams as the greatest achievement of his snooker career.
The 39-year-old produced the upset of the UK Championship by pinching the final two frames on the black to defeat the Welshman 9-8 in Telford.
"That's obviously the greatest win of my career," Lines told BBC Sport.
"To beat Mark Williams, one of the best players to play the game, is unbelievable," he added.
The world number 64 trailed 8-7 before taking the final two frames to reach the last eight and was delighted with his performance.
"I thought I played quite well," said Lines. "I was way behind in both of the last two frames and I have come back and won them on the black.
"I am absolutely delighted because there is a lot of pressure out there."
Lines equalled his best-ever performance in tournament snooker by reaching the quarter-finals of a ranking event, a feat he last achieved in 1999 at the China Open.
He plays Stephen Maguire in the quarter-finals on Wednesday and is looking forward to the match with the Scot.
"I wanted to get myself on TV and I just hope I can do myself justice," he said.
"Stephen's another tough opponent and he is obviously playing very well. I will just go out there and try my best.
"I'm sure I have got a chance. He will obviously be the favourite, and quite rightly so because he is one of the best players in the world, but I will try my best."
