England's Reanne Evans earned a third consecutive women's world snooker title with a 5-3 win over Katie Henrick in the final in Cambridge. Henrick, who was whitewashed by Evans in the round-robin stages, had a chance to go 4-3 up but missed the black and Evans did not give her another chance.
As well as claiming the title, Evans recorded the top break of the tournament with an 87.
On Thursday, she and partner Mark Allen defend their world mixed pairs title.
