Leeds-born Paul Hunter, 27, lost his battle against cancer on Monday, 9 October, 18 months after being diagnosed

His coffin stands in Leeds Parish Church for two days before his funeral to allow fans to pay their last respects

The three-times Masters champion leaves a wife, Lindsey, and 10-month-old daughter Evie Rose

The hearse and coffin are covered in flowers and messages - this particularly poignant one reading 'From your princess"

Close friend Matthew Stevens is one of the pallbearers as the coffin is carried into church for the 1400 BST service

Jimmy White and Ronnie O'Sullivan are among a number of snooker professionals at the church to pay their respects

Others present include (l-r) Steve Davis, John Parrott, Willie Thorne, Dennis Taylor, John Virgo and Joe Johnson

Sir Rodney Walker, chairman of the game's governing body, World Snooker, is also there and addresses the congregation

Hundreds of mourners assemble inside the church and many more gather outside to pay their respects

Following the hour-long service, Hunter's coffin is taken from the church to its final resting place
