Two Fathers 4 Justice campaigners who staged a protest at Sheffield's Crucible Theatre will not face further action after being taken into custody. They were arrested after ending their roof-top stunt at the venue which is hosting the World Snooker Championship.
Alan Haynes, wearing a Batman costume, and Mark Baldwin, dressed as Mr Incredible, displayed a banner saying "Our kids' lives are not a game."
South Yorkshire Police released the pair without charge.
Mr Haynes, 45, from Worksop, Nottinghamshire, and Mr Baldwin, 32, from Sheffield, were arrested on Friday.
Fathers 4 Justice have previously been involved in stunts at other high-profile venues. including Buckingham Palace, Downing Street and St Paul's Cathedral.
