Hendry holds the record for most centuries in a match |
Englishman Tom Ford has become only the second player in snooker history to compile four centuries in a best-of-nine-frame match. Ford, the world number 74, achieved the feat in his 5-3 Welsh Open qualifying victory over countryman Gary Wilson.
Peter Ebdon also notched four centuries against Alan McManus in the qualifiers for the 1993 European Open.
Record holder Stephen Hendry grabbed seven tons in his 10-5 UK Championship Final win over Ken Doherty in 1994.
