Rower Greg Searle will benefit from his time in business as he attempts to make a comeback for the 2012 Olympics, according to his boss, former Olympic swimming medallist Adrian Moorhouse.

Former Olympic champion Searle has his sights on a medal in London, when he will be 40 years old.
