Cambridge have named five of last year's beaten crew in their eight for the 7 April Boat Race against Oxford. Kieran West, Tom James, Thorsten Engelmann, Sebastian Schulte and Kip McDaniel are the survivors.
Oxford's only representative from last year is Robin Ejsmond-Frey, but they include cox Nick Brodie who was dropped last year at just four weeks' notice.
World championship team member William Buckland and world junior level rower Adam Kosmicki are both included.
The race on the River Thames from Putney to Mortlake will take place on Saturday, 7 April at 1630 BST.
Oxford beat Cambridge by five lengths in difficult conditions in last year's event - their second straight win and fourth in the last five years.
Cambridge lead the overall series, which dates back to 1829, by 78-73, with one dead heat.
