The World Rowing Championships in Japan have been rescheduled again after weather reports said a typhoon would pass more quickly than first thought. The event in Gifu was originally due to start on Sunday but was put back to Tuesday because of Typhoon Mawar, which is expected to hit the area on Friday.
But qualifying races will now be able to start on Monday because Mawar is expected to have passed by then.
More than 800 rowers will take part in the week-long championships.
Great Britain's challenge will be led by the coxless four of Peter Reed, Steve Williams, Alex Partridge and Andy Hodge.
