Team Bath entertain Loughborough Lightning on Monday evening for a place in the 2008/09 Superleague final. The hosts finished the regular season with a 100% record and were the only team to beat Lightning, winning 59-48 in December and 47-45 at home in March. The winners go straight into the final on Saturday 4 April, while the losers will go into the play-off second round. "We'd love to meet them in the final having beaten them three times," said Team Bath head coach Jess Garland. "Our aim will be to win all four quarters - momentum is everything in a match like this. "We won't be taking anything for granted though. It will be a tough game and we will have to be on top form." The losers will play the Mavericks, who beat Leeds Carnegie 59-46 in the other first-round match, on Saturday 28 March for a place in the final.
