Cardiff Devils comfortably won the second game of their three-match weekend, winning at Newcastle Vipers on Saturday.

Max Birbraer, Brad Voth and John Pelle each struck twice while Stuart MacRae and Phil Hill also hit the net.

Jaro Rzeszutko scored twice for the hosts, Mike Prpich adding the other.

On Friday the Devils won 5-1 at Coventry Blaze and they return to Cardiff Bay on Sunday to host the Braehead Clan.

At Coventry Hill, Craig Weller, Voth, John Pelle and Birbraer scored for the visitors and Luke Fulghum replied for the hosts.

The Devils lost 3-2 to the Scottish club the clan in February.
