Cardiff Devils came from two goals down to beat Elite League leaders Coventry Blaze 3-2 at the Cardiff Bay Arena on Saturday night.

Luke Fulghum gave Coventry the lead on 9:05, slotting home the rebound after Stevie Lyle had saved his first effort.

Greg Owen doubled Blaze's lead on 18:24 but Wes Jarvis hit back for the Devils with a second period power-play goal.

Phil Hill equalised on 45:37 after a great pass by Jay Latulippe, before Max Birbraer hit a tremendous winner.

The Devils face the Belfast Giants on Sunday night, as they seek a weekend clean sweep of wins at home.

The Welsh side will be looking to lay down a marker against the Giants ahead of their Challenge Cup semi-final second leg in Belfast on 20 Jan.
