Aaron Nell scored three times in Swindon's two games

Swindon remain seventh in the English Premier League table after a mixed weekend of results.

The Wildcats picked up their first victory in eight on Saturday night, beating Basingstoke 3-2 at the Link Centre in an impressive performance.

Jan Krajicek, Jozef Kohut and Aaron Nell all found the net against the league's newcomers.

Swindon then suffered a 5-2 defeat at second-placed Milton Keynes 24 hours later despite two more goals from Nell.
