Telford Tigers have pulled out of the new ice hockey season in the English Premier League. The club say with the short time scale to get everything in place for the new season they have taken the decision to take a year out. Tigers' owner Neil James told the club website: "We have taken the decision to take a year out and build for the 2010-2011 season." "We understand the fans disappointment that Telford Tigers will not be icing." James added: "I would like to reassure everyone that the next year will be spent working hard behind the scenes, talking to existing and potential sponsors, building a stable and sustainable base from which to move forward."
