Corey Neilson's side are third in the Elite League table |
Nottingham Panthers coach Corey Neilson has urged his side to push for a second-place finish in the Elite League with just four games to go. Panthers are in Belfast on Friday night, before hosting Edinburgh on Saturday at the National Ice Centre. Neilson told BBC Radio Nottingham: "We have our plans set for these four games and we have different game-plans. "All we can control is what we can control and that is winning these games and doing our best." Forward Dan Tessier is expected to come back into the line-up after missing the last month with knee ligament trouble.
Neilson added: "He's practised this week and we have put him through his paces and he looked good. "As long as he's fit enough to move around and he has a solid brace where he can't hurt himself, then I'm confident with him back in the line-up."
